Guncha Khare

Guncha Khare is the Bombay Connect’s event host. Creative by nature and dedicated to give back to the society in some or the other way, Guncha started her career as a journalist, went on to become a producer for non fictional television shows. Her interest in social sector began with learning about social entrepreneurs in the due course of her career. That’s what got her started into part time diploma course in Social Entrepreneurship from NMIMS University and career in the social sector exploring the communications, events and marketing aspect of various social causes. Guncha creates, coordinates and manages the diverse schedule of high-impact events for our co-working space community.

Pooja Warier

Pooja Warier is the co-founder and Director of UnLtd India, Bombay Connect and Journeys for Change. Previously she worked with a range of organizations and initiatives like the World Social Forum & M.V. Foundation. She has a MA in social work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.

Preeti Dawane

Preeti Dawane is heading the membership engagement and outreach activities of the Bombay Connect. She has completed her masters in Economics from Mumbai university. Also, she has degrees in Indian Classical Dance, Bharat Natyam and Kathak. With a varied background and experience of event management to HR to a full time mother, she has chosen to work with CONNECT for its unique concept “a co working space that helps social enterprises take wings”.

Mohan Pidshetty

Mohan ensures that Bombay Connect runs smoothly - supporting both day-to-day operations and maintenance work. He helps the team to manage events and assist members, handles administrative operations, and assists the UnLtd India finance and incubation teams. Mohan enjoys reading, watching television, playing football, and a good game of badminton.

Richard Alderson

Richard Alderson is the co-founder and Director of UnLtd India, Bombay Connect and Journeys for Change. Previously, he worked as a consultant with UnLtd in the UK, and management and technology consultant with IBM. He has also been a teacher and journalist in Japan, an environmental researcher in Tanzania and a monk’s assistant in India. Richard holds a degree in Management Science from Warwick University and is an alumnus of the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme.
