About me:For over a decade, I’ve been consumed by the love of tea. Over the years, I built my personal collection of more than 100 exotic and rare teas from around the world, that were guarded in a little trunk. This precious little thing is my inspiration behind Tea Trunk. Taking my relationship with tea to the next level, I took off to Sri Lanka to acquire my certification as a Tea Sommelier in 2011. On my tea trails, I tasted and profiled more than 2,000 different varieties of tea. Not blaming the numerous rounds of tea, what keeps me awake at night is my mission to design a line of gourmet teas that are hand-picked by me and carry the quality guarantee of a Tea Sommelier. Apart from this, I love sharing a cup with new friends at the Tea Appreciation Workshops I host regularly for individuals and corporates. I also enjoy working on a range of consulting projects that benefit from my expertise.
