About me:Ricardo joins Unltd India as a Bombay Connect Host, focused on building of the Hub community and impact measurement. He spent the last 2 years with the TATA Group, where he was working on HR initiatives including career & performancemanagement, organizational culture and development. Ricardo has 4 years of experience in the non profit sector - building organizational competencies such as project management and strategy for Ashoka fellows and social entrepreneurs in Brazil. He also worked for AIESEC,the largest youth organization in the world, while managing its leadership development program and traveling across 11 countries. Ricardo enjoys playing beach volley, practicing yoga, listening to music and spending free time on the beach. Ricardo received his BS in environmental engineering from the Federal University of Espirito Santo, in Brazil.
